3.3.4.6 Probabilities of exposure of facilities to hazardous events

The probability that undamaged facilities are exposed to hazardous events (Equation 3.3.4.6.1) is described by:

Here, t_e is the exposure duration of the facility in hours per year for hazardous events. If t_e is unknown, P_e should be set to 1. As a rule, the facilities will also be exposed year-round.
